Assembly

iPRO’s clean-area manufacturing facility allows assembly of your mechanical and / or electro-mechanical precision components, sourced from iPRO’s Off-shore supply base. This new facility, opened in late 2011, adds a new dimension to the added-value services offered by iPRO:

• Full-service assembly facility
• Ultrasonic Cleaning
• Manual / Robot Glue dispensing
• Heat Curing

Laser marking

iPRO’s recent investment in a Laser Marking unit expands our capability to add value to customer’s components that subsequently require identification for additional processing, inspection or security purposes:

• Barcoding
• 2D Data Matrix
• Component Identification

For Injection moulded components, we carry out our own ‘Design for Manufacture’ review, including Mould Flow analysis to optimise tooling design and the moulding process.

Kitting

iPRO offer a full ‘kitting’ service to customers that require systems to be shipped direct to their end-user.

Components are picked from stock to a discrete customer order and shipped, often on same-day service, to the end-user address. This enables the customer to focus solely on the marketing and sales aspects of their business, leaving sourcing, assembly and delivery in the capable hands of iPRO.
